Who is the guardian of your soul and salvation?

In our journey through life there are times when we wrestle with how we think and feel about situations.  I think there are times in every Christian’s life where they doubt their salvation and their peace with God.  We can feel like maybe we just aren’t good enough.  We may even feel like we’ve messed it all up with our sins and struggles and that may lead us to believe that God could no longer want us, or that we’ve wandered off too far and now we are lost once again.  And so we can wonder if we are saved or if we were ever saved.  Of course this is the enemies favorite game to play, to convince the believer that God no longer loves them and that they are no longer welcomed, but is that true?  Are we in charge of the gift of salvation that we have been given or is God?  Well, the answer is a little bit of both, but we also need to understand that what belongs to Jesus, belongs to Jesus, and that He is the protector and i guardian of our souls.

In this Sermon

We are going to take a look at three promises that Jesus makes to those who follow Him that we can cash in when we struggle with our doubts.
