Who was Jesus’ Crucifixion for?

The message of the cross is both a promise of forgiveness for all of humanity and at the same time it is the story of redemption for each one of us. I think that sometimes we tend to look at the broader picture of salvation and we see how God sent His son so that in Him mankind might have eternal life, but I think we sometimes lose the fact that when Jesus died on the cross that He had you and I on His mind. Did you know that Jesus loves you so much that He died for you?

We are going to look at how the crucifixion is a deeply personal issue that dealt a crushing blow to power of sin over your life.
