What are you living for?

There are so many different ways that you can answer the questions, “What are you living for?”, but only one that really matters.  As Christians we have been called to stop living our lives for ourselves and instead to live our lives for Christ.  We all would agree to this in theory, but what does really living for Christ mean?  How do we stop living for ourselves?  What exactly happens when we do?  The truth is that when we live for ourselves we often end up pursuing the very things that lead us to Christ in the first place.

In this sermon

We are going to take a look at the choice that we have made to follow Christ and what that choice means.  We’ll also take a look at the example of how the Apostle Paul lived to understand how everything we once thought was important really means nothing in compared to what we have in Jesus.  We’ll also take a look at the beautiful exchange that happens between us and Christ when we surrender everything.
