At Lifesong, God has joined together Men and Women from a variety of church backgrounds and life experiences to serve our congregation and community. Brad & Colleen Stroetz
Brad serves as the Lead Pastor at Lifesong Church. He has been described as an "on fire" and devoted Christian leader who loves to see believers released into radical followership of Jesus. He uses a unique blend of preaching, teaching, prophecy and prayer to encourage others in their faith and relationship with God. Brad believes that God's heart for Monticello, IN is community transforming revival.
Colleen has been described as the life and heart of their ministry and leadership. With a huge heart for others and an enthusiastic nature she inspires others to go deeper in their walk with Jesus. Colleen strives to keep her faith simple and desires that everyone she meets gets to know God in a Child-like fashion. Her enthusiasm for Jesus is contagious.

Bob Houser
Along with giving spiritual covering and direction to the church Bob is also a licensed Minister and serves as the Chaplain for the White County Sheriffs Department and keeps a regular weekly schedule visiting various Health Care Facilities, Hospitals and Shut-Ins to Preach, Teach and Visit. He believes that God has positioned him to serve our community and cares very much about sharing the Gospel and bringing the lost into a saving faith in Jesus Christ. God commands us to love everyone and Bob is determined to show God's love to everyone, regardless of their background, ethnicity or social status.
Mark Mills
Mark serves as both an Elder and Treasurer for Lifesong and is very involved serving in the community. He has been a Christian for over 39 years and is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with others through hospitality. He is always willing to listen, give advice and genuinely cares about those around him.
