LifeSong Kids

"You may speak but a word to a child, and in that child there may be slumbering a noble heart which shall stir the Christian Church in years to come." – Charles Spurgeon

A Place to Build a Biblical Foundation

Mom's and Dad's, are you looking for a church that can help you raise your children into a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ? At LifeSong Church we value children and we are committed to supporting parents as they bring up their kids into Christian faith. We believe that it is vital for every kid to connect with God, to learn the teachings found in the Bible, and to develop faith affirming friendships. Here's how we can help.

On Sunday Mornings

We offer several opportunities for kids to learn during our Sunday morning worship.
  1. Wee Ones - Starting as preschoolers, your children will begin to hear all of the great Bible stories as well as getting introduced to the men and women of faith written about in the scripture.
  2. Kid's Church - Our elementary students (K-5th) go on a journey through the Bible over the course of three years, where they read God's word and are taught the foundational principles of Christian faith. The idea is that by the time they get to Jr. High, they will have read and learned about all of the stories in the Bible twice.
All of our Sunday morning kid's programs include lessons, singing, activities, and pages they take home. Worship starts at 10AM, nursery is provided.

On Thursday Evening

Thursday's are for AWANA. On Thursday night we host AWANA for 4 year olds through 5th grade. AWANA clubs focus on Bible memorization, Bible based lessons, and developing friendships in a fun environment. Join us weekly from 6:30-8 PM.

Our Commitment

Safe

Safety is the precursor to everything else we want to do here in LifeSong Kids. Therefore, we go to great lengths to ensure every child is safe. Every volunteer (18 & up) is screened and given a federal background check. Additionally, our church is monitored by security personnel. Since every child is unique, every teacher is made aware of allergies, preferences, and special needs. We can't do what we do when we gather without first providing kids with a safe environment to engage, learn and grow!

Clean

The environment a child walks into creates a lasting impression on both the child and parent. We strive to cultivate a clean, organized, and well-structured atmosphere.  Each one of our LifeSong Kids classrooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepped each week.  We regularly clean toys, organize storage, replenish supplies, and dispose of outdated or damaged items. We are committed to the overall health and wellness of our LifeSong Kids -- spiritually, emotionally and physically.
